Thank you for shopping with AURA, where each bag is handcrafted and personalized with care. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Custom Orders – No Returns or Cancellations

As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds.

Please ensure that:

  • Your order details (color, design, spelling, etc.) are double-checked before placing the order.

  • You have reviewed our shipping timeline and product descriptions thoroughly.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide an unboxing video and clear images showing the issue.

  • Email us at aurabeads28@gmail.com with the details.

If your case is approved, we’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds in such cases — only replacements.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in case we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at aurabeads28@gmail.com.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes

  • Gift cards
